ground pork 1 lbcarrots 9 ozrice paper 14 sheetscabbage half a head (600g)1 onion (4 oz)
Directions
put all ingredients other than rice paper in pan and cook until vegetables are tender. put 2-3 tbsp in wrap and roll up

    This recipe was a keeper for us. We used 1/2 Pound Ground Pork, 4 cups Cole Slaw mix, 1 cup shredded carrots, and added garlic powder, ginger, and cilantro as seasonings. Turned out great! - 9/11/10
