* Organic Valley Egg Whites, 120 gram(s) (1/2 cup)*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz * Granulated Sugar, 10 grams (or to taste)
Combine egg whites, milk and sugar, beat lightly with fork to mix. Do not over beat. Strain through fine sieve in to ceramic dish. This will ensure that final product is smooth and not lumpy. Cover loosely with foil, and steam for 25minutes. After 10 minutes lift the lid to get some of the steam out. Lift the lid every 5 minutes afterwords.
For steaming I used a wok with a steam rack. I brought water to boil with lid closed, put the bowl with mixture in, and reduced the heat to medium.
