Olive Oil, 1 tspGarlic, 1 tsp mincedBasil, 1 tspFresh Chives, 1 tsp choppedParsley, dried, 1 1/2 tspPepper, black, 1/2 tspOnions, raw, 1 medium, slicedMorningstar Farms Bacon Strips, 4 stripsMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup slicedMilk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 20 ozWhole Wheat Spaghetti, 4 servings (4 cups cooked)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 tbsp
Heat oil, garlic, and herbs in deep frying pan.
Add onion and bacon, cook until onion becomes translucent.
Add mushrooms and stir occasionally until bacon and mushrooms begin to brown.
Stir in evaporated milk and simmer for ten minutes.
Add in parmesan cheese and stir.
Remove from heat and allow to sit before serving over a cup of pasta per servings.
