Honey Nut Granola

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats1 cup sliced almonds1 cup chopped pecans1 cup raw sunflower seeds1/3 cup canola oil3/4 cup honey1 teaspoon vanilla1 tablespoon ground cinnamon1 cup dried cherries1 cup dried cranberries
Directions
Mix all ingredients except fruit. Spread on a parchment covered cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
