Avocado Dip

Ingredients
1 Avocado3 Tbsp fresh cilantro1 1/2 tsp lime juice1 clove garlic, minced1/4 tsp saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and pit 1 avocado; cut into chunks. Place avocado in a medium bowl; mash. Fold in 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves; 11/2 teaspoons lime juice; 1 clove garlic, minced; 1/4 teaspoon salt; and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Good as dip all on its own or serve with lime marinated chicken wings.
