Based on the previous reviews indicating that this dish needed more flavor, I decided to add chopped red bell pepper, fresh basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. With those ingredients added, the flavor was great. Thanks for sharing the recipe! - 8/12/10

Making this for the Super Bowl tomorrow, but will be tweaking it... adding mushrooms, Italian Spice mixed into the "Low-Fat" Ricotta and Spinach and Low Fat Mozzarella. Also a little Marinara Sauce into the pizza. I love Spinach, Mushrooms and Artichokes, so we always have them on hand. - 2/3/13

very good, but def needs + flavor.Im gna add fat free cream cheese and fresh chopped garlic. I used store made wheat pizza dough frm the deli + with the ricotta + cheese you couldnt even taste the healthy switch. Got it from hannaford. - 7/28/10

Good, but I think next time I will dip them in marinara sauce.

Side note: I had a terrible time with the pre-made pizza dough, but that's not a fault of the recipe. It didn't unroll very well and I had to use a rolling pin and I don't think I got it the right size... - 3/14/10

That's what was missing! I forgot the Italian seasoning - definitely needed it - I like it with lots of garlic with the tomato sauce poured over. Yum! - 3/2/10

this recipe was dewicious as our 3 yr old daughter put it :) -- I followed the advice of a few triers and put in fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach, a few spices and after it was all rolled up I put on a bit of marinara sauce on each one and then a dash of shredded mozza cheese.... absolutely wonderful! - 10/9/09

Didn't have artichokes on hand so substituted lots of leftover veggies. Added fresh mushrooms and garlic which really went great with the spinach! GREAT RECIPE!! will make again - 9/23/08

very good! I would definitely go with the suggestion of having pizza or marinara sauce to dip these in. Next time I'll add fresh mushrooms, too. - 5/15/08

I enjoyed these and made some for leftovers for lunch. My husband didn't like them which is odd. Gonna add marinara either in or as a dip next time. - 3/30/08

Looks good and it is something that I would try. But, is it me, or doesn't the sodium contact look high. Maybe it is in the tubed pizza dough. - 3/13/08
