"Curried" beef and cauliflower

Ingredients
1 Lb beef4 C cauliflower1 C beef broth2 tsp cornstarch1/2 c sour cream1T olive oil2 tsp curry powdersalt & pepper to taste 1 spaghetti squash
Directions
Cube beef and saute in olive oil approx 5 minutes. Remove meat and put in caulliflowe which is in small florets. Saute 3 min and then add 1 c water, cover and cook approx 4 min. Drain any extra liquid. Add broth, seasoning, cornstarch and sour cream. Add meat back to skillet. Simmer a few minutes to thicken sauce. Serve over squash which has been prepared. I usually poke several holes in squash and cook in microwave on hi power about 15 min. depending on size/weight. We are not big fans of curry but DH will eat this if I use tumeric with a dash of coriander and cumin.
