1lb chicken breast1 packet chicken flavored ramen noodles16 oz bag frozen stir-fry veggies1/4 cup teryaki sauce2 cups water
Cook chicken in non-stick skillet until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and cut ito one inch pieces. In same skillet, heat water to boiling, break up noodles and add to the boiling water. Cook until noodles are semi-soft. Stir in vegetables. Boil 5-7 minutes, stirring occaisionally until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ramen seasoning packet, teryaki sauce and chicken. Cook 3-5 minutes stirring frequently until hot.
