Turkey Penne Pasta with Artichokes & Marinara Sauce

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil, 3 cupPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedFresh chopped Basil, 2 tbspMushrooms, canned, .5 cup HEB Harvest Moon Artichoke Hearts, 12 oz Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 16 oz
Saute onion, garlic and peppers in olive oil until soft. Add jar of marinara sauce, fold in mushroom, artichoke hearts and fresh basil. Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Cook pasta until "al dente" and drain. Add the pasta to the sauce and serve.
