Montignac's chocolate cake

Ingredients
250 g dark chocolate5 eggsdash of salt1 tbsp orange peel2 tbsp cognac or rumhaf a glass of water
Directions
Melt the chocolate with half a glass of water. When it's melted, put it off flame, add orange peel and cognac, stirr well. Separate the yolks from whites, beat whites with a dash of salt into a hard snow. After a few minutes mix the yolks into chocolate, beat until you get a nice creamy texture. Slowly and carefully stirr in the snow.
