1 medium banana1 cup frozen blackberries1 cup frozen raspberries1 cup plain, low fat/fat free yogurt
Measure out one cup each of raspberries and blackberries (frozen) and put in blender.
Cut up one medium banana and add to top of berries. Pour one cup plain, low fat yogurt on top of fruit.
Blend until smooth.
