L. R. hearty hamburger soup

Ingredients
1 1b. ground venison1 cup chopped onions1 cup sliced carrots1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper1 cup diced potatoes2 cups tomato sauce1 1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. seasoned salt1/4 tsp. pepper1/4 cup all-purpose flour4 cups milkGarlic powder to taste
Directions
In a large saucepan, brown meat; add onions and cook until transparent. Stir in carrots, green pepper, potatoes, tomato sauce, satl, seasoned salt and pepper. Add enough water to barely cover vegetables. Cover and cook over low heat until vegetables are tender. Combine flour with 1 cup milk. Stir intoj soup. Boil until thickened. Add remaining milk, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with a little garlic powder, if desired. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve with corn bread. Makes 10 1 cup servings.
