chicken biscuit pot pie

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread1 1/4 cup chopped onion12 ounces cooked chicken breast, chopped1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken condensed soup1 10 oz pkg mixed vegetables, frozen1 cup 1% milk1 packet chicken gravy mix1 cup water4 Pillsbury frozen biscuits, southern style
Directions
1. melt spread in a medium saucepan, then add chopped onion and saute until soft.
2. stir in soup, milk, chicken and veggies. stir gravy mix into water then add to saucepan and bring mixture to a boil turn down heat to a simmer and continue heating till everything is heated through.
3. Bake biscuits according to package directions and then top split biscuits with chicken mixture to serve.

1 serving is one whole biscuit and 1/4 of chicken mixture.
