Pea salad

Ingredients
2 cans Peas one drained, other with juice2 cups frozen corn cooked3/4 cup mayosalt and pepper to taste5 egg whites hard boiled and choppedonion, finely grated
Directions
cook eggs, and corn seperately. pour into a large bowl, one can of peas with juice, then add drained can of peas, corn, egg whites, grated onion, and mayonnaise. season with salt and pepper, stir til well mixed, chill. makes 8 -12 servings
