Ann and Nancy's Slow Cook Italian Chicken

Ingredients
Stokelys Stewed Tomatoes, 7 cup *Hunt's All Natural Tomato Paste, 10 tbsp Crockpot Gourmet Italian Seasoning Mix, 20 tsp *Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 54 oz Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Directions
1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour sliced mushrooms over chicken. Combine stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. Cover and cook on high 4 hour or low 8 hours.
