"It's a Keeper!" Fish Stick Casserole

10.5 oz. can cheddar cheese soup10.5 oz. can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 c. mayonnaise w/ olive oil1/2 c. fat free plain yogurt2 Tbls. dill pickle relish1 Tbls. spicy brown mustard1/2 small onion chopped1 (2 lb.) bag frozen country style hash browns (cubes, not shredded)24 fish sticks1 c. cheddar cheese
In extra large bowl, mix first 6 ingredients until well blended.
Add onion and potatoes. Mix well.
Spread into 9"x13" baking dish. Top with frozen fish sticks.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle top evenly with cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Makes 6 2 cup servings.
