6 Large Eggs1/2 cup, chopped green peppers3 slices, Eating Right Turkey Bacon3 links Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage links10 tbsp, Tostito's Salsa Con Quesa5 Mission 10" Flour TortillaMakes 5 burrito's
Scramble all 6 eggs. Toss in your chopped green peppers. While eggs are cooking, microwave the turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Slice your turkey bacon and turkey sausage into small pieces (if you are preparing this ahead and planning on freezing them, there is no need to cook the bacon and sausage. It will cook when you heat them later).
Once eggs are finished, place in bowl and add the turkey bacon and turkey sausage. Mix well.
Lay out your tortilla's, place 2 tbsp of the salsa con quesa on each tortilla. Add egg mixture and fold the tortilla into a burrito.
To lower the calories, you can substitute the tortilla's for any whole wheat or low carb tortilla's.
