Ingredients
4 Whole Wheat English Muffins4 Slices, Eating Right Turkey Bacon2 Slices, Kraft American Cheese3 Large EggsMakes 4 servings
Directions
Mix eggs in bowl, then place them in a non-stick pan. Cook on medium heat (like your making an omelet). Flip the egg over in pan, and cook opposite side. While eggs are cooking, slice the english muffins. Set aside.

Unwrap and slice each of the cheese slices into 6 strips. Set aside.

Place eggs onto plate, and slice in half, then half again (like your cutting a pizza). Place one slice of Turkey Bacon on english muffin (you may have to fold the bacon in thirds to fit on the muffin), place one slice of egg, and 3 small slices of cheese on top, then add the top of the muffin. And repeat for others.

Once cooled, you are able to freeze these, and re-heat for a quick on the go meal.

To lower calories, you can replace the Large Eggs with an egg substitute (ie Egg Beaters) or you don't have to had cheese.

If you cut back to fat-free kraft and use Arnolds Sandwich Thins instead of the english muffin, you'd get the same great taste but way less calories :-) - 12/11/09

I haven't tried this yet. But will. But wanted to say to cut down on calories even more, I have found Healthy Life Enlish muffins which are only 50 cal. I also found the same brand in bread for white and wheat which is 35 cal a slice. - 8/9/11
