Spicy Mango Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut in half 1 1/2 cup Salsa 1/4 cup orange juice 2 Tbs barbeque sauce 1/2 Mango, cubed Cooked White Rice Red pepper to taste
Directions
Combine salsa, orange juice, barbeque sauce, cubed mango and red pepper in a meduim sauce pan(make sure it has a lid). I put about a tsp of red pepper in and it was just right for jake and I, if you like it more spicy, add more. Next, add the Chicken and make sure it gets covered by the sauce on all sides. Put the lid on the saucepan and Marinate in fridge for at least a few hours, the longer the better.
Place the saucepan on the stove at medium-low heat untill the chicken is no longer pink inside. If the sauce is too runny, take off the lid and let it thicken. Serve the sauce over rice and garnish with fresh mango slices.
