Vegetable soup

Ingredients
100 grams red potato50 grams zucchiniHalf a red or orange pepper50 grams frozen sweetcorn50 grams frozen peas1 stalk celery100 grams broccoli2 whole medium tomatoes100 grams vegetable stock (heaped teaspoon of stock powder, made up with water to whatever consistency you want)
Directions
Pile all veg in a large saucepan, pour the stock over and boil until the potatoes are cooked.
Serving size is hard to tell - it depends how much liquid you put in! Generally a serving in a soup bowl for me would be around 500 grams.
