Crock Pot Beef Stew

2 lbs stew beef1 packet Lipton onion soup mix1 can 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom soup1 cup red wine
Place all ingreadients in slow cooker. Cook for 5 - 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Makes 8 servings. I serve with a side of steamed green beans and lightly buttered whole wheat egg noodles.
