Lower Sodium Chicken Brushetta

Ingredients
24 oz chicken breast, cubed1 cup baby spinach, chopped2.5 cups Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, 6 oz Stove Top Lower Sodium Chicken Stuffing1 cup Sorrento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Cube chicken and place in 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle chopped spinach over chicken, then sprinkle with cheese

In a medium bowl, combine Stove Top stuffing and 2.5 cups diced tomatoes (use all liquids from tomatoes)

Blend until moistened, and spread over chicken

Bake 35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
