ABJ Sandwich - Almond Butter & Jelly

Ingredients
2 slices 100% Whole Wheat1 tbsp Tree of Life crunchy almond butter (no sodium)1 tbsp your favorite jam, preserves or jelly
Directions
1) Spread almond butter on one slice of bread. Top with other slice.
2) If desired, toast in nonstick skillet (without butter) until lightly brown on both slices of bread.

    Great! Have you tried making your own almond or any other nut butter? We own a Magic Bullet and I just grind my nuts to make my own nut butter. It is more organic than buying regular store nut butter.
