Easy Granola

Rolled Oats, Dry, 2 cups Lite Maple Syrup, .5 cup Apricots, dried, .5 cup, halves Dried Cranberries , .5 cupWalnuts, .5 cup, choppedPecans, .5 cup, chopped Raisins, .5 cup, packed Semisweet chocolate, .5 cup chips
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.
Mix oats and maple syrup together. Add nuts and dried fruit. Mix well. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Spread mix onto foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir mix. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes more. Carefully remove the foil with the granola mix off of the baking sheet and lay on a flat surface to cool. Once cool, stir in chocolate chips.
Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days. Makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
