Veggie French Bread Pizza

Ingredients
French Bread (Cut into 6" slice)1 oz Shredded Mozzarella (made with skim milk)1/3 cup canned tomatoes2 T Chopped Green Peppers2 T Chopped Onions6 slices Mushrooms2 T sliced Black Olives1/4 t Oregano1/4 t Garlic Powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Split bread lengthwise and hollow it out. Cut into 6" pieces
- Top with canned tomatoes, veggies, and spices
- Layer with mozzarella cheese
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted
