Lebanese brown rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. of brown rice uncooked3 c water2 tbsp light butter2.25 oz sliced almondskalamata olivesonioncherry tomatoesdash cinnamondash gingergarlicsalt & pepper
Directions
Cook rice. Add almonds and other ingredients except for olives. Skewer tomatoes and onion and grill until tender.
Mix together when done and serve.
