Ingredients
8 oz White Mountain Wheat Roast2 cups Pineapple, chopped1 cup Brown Rice, cooked to yield 3 cups 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 gloves of garlic, pressed or mincedRed Rooster sauce to your heat preference (I use 2-4 tspn)
Directions
1. Prepare the brown rice in a rice cooker, as directed on the package.
2. Chop the wheat roast and pineapple into 1 inch pieces.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
4. Add the wheat roast, pineapple and garlic to the skillet till the pineapple is lightly browned.
5. Remove from heat and add the rooster sauce. Serve with rice.
