White Chicken Lasagne

Ingredients
2 c shredded part skim mozzarella cheese1 c reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1 c reduced fat cream of chicken soup1 1/2 c fat free milk1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed1 egg1 pint fat free ricotta cheese12 Dreamfields healthy carb Lasagna noodles2 c diced cooked skinless chicken breast1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Set aside 2/3 c of mozzerella cheese.
Combine remaining mozzerella, soup, and milk and set aside.
In another bowl, combine spinach egg, and ricotta. Mix well and combine with soup mixture and mix all together.
In bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish, spread 1/3 of soup mixture. Spread 1/3 of chicken over mixture and lay 4 lasagna noodles over mixture and repeat. Top with remaining 1/3 of mixture, chicken, noodles, and reserved 2/3 c of mozzerella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Let stand 15 min prior to serving. Makes approximately 12 3x3 in squares of lasagna.
