Tuna Zucchini Patties

Ingredients
Pam Cooking Spray1/2 cup chopped onion1 tsp. chopped garlic1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked1 cup shredded zucchini2 slightly beaten eggs3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs (Progresso Italian Style)
Directions
Spray a skillet with Pam and cook onion and garlic until tender. Remove from heat. Mix in a bowl the tuna, zucchini, eggs, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, cooked onion and garlic. Stir until combined. Shape into six 1/2 inch thick patties and coat with remaining crumbs. Spray skillet with Pam and cook patties over medium heat (about 3 minutes each side) or until golden brown. These can also be cooked in oil (more calories of course) or broiled. Makes 6 patties.
