1 Box Lemon Cake Mix1/3 c. Unsweetened Applesauce2 Large Eggs slightly beaten1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
Empty Cake mix in Bowl
Add applesauce, eggs and lemon juice. Mix together and drop by teaspoonfuls or cookie scooper onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.
