Chocolate Cocoa Cake w/Applesauce

Ingredients
1 ounce Unsweetened Baking Chocolate1/4 cup Applesauce1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/4 tsp NoSalt1/2 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1 cup packed Brown Sugar1 egg equivalant (egg replacer)1 tsp Vanilla Extract3/4 cup Light Chocolate Soy Milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 10 inch Bundt pan with oil.

Melt chocolate. Mix liquid ingredients together (chocolate with brown sugar with egg replacer with applesauce with vanilla). Mix dry ingredients together (flour, cocoa powder, nosalt, bakign soda, baking powder, and brown sugar). Keep adding 1/3 flour mixture and 1/4 cup milk with liquid mixture until all are mixed.

Bake for 35 minutes. Makes 10 servings.
