Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
3 c cooked white rice12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined1 packet Kikkoman fried rice seasoning mix2 T sesame oil1 c frozen peas and carrots1 large egg
Directions
Cut shrimp in half. Prepare seasoning mix according to package directions. Heat oil in wok or skillet, add shrimp and cook until opaque. Add peas and carrots, stir fry until no longer frozen. Add rice and stir fry until broken apart and warm. Move rice mixture to the side of the wok, lightly scramble the egg, gradually adding it to the rice mixture. Finally, add in prepared seasoning mix, continuing to stir fry until well incorporated.
