Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
1 lb. salmon1 Tbsp orange juice1 Tbsp lemon juice1 Tbsp hoisin sauce2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat broiler on high. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. Place a rack on top. Place fish on rack. Mix all ingredients except fish. Pour 1/2 of mix over fish. Broil 6 minutes. Pour the rest of the mix over fish. Broil another 6 minutes or until flaky.
