Easy Beef Stew (Crock Pot)

Ingredients
1 pound lean beef stew meat4-6 raw potatoes- chopped1 cup raw carrots - chopped1/2 raw onion - chopped1 jar low-Sodium V-8 juice
Directions
- Throw everything in the crockpot!

- Cook 7-8 hours on low OR 3-4 on high (until potatoes are tender).

- I use baby carrots for ease of pruse and quicker prep time!

- Makes 12 1-cup servings.
