Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1/2 lb. ground beef lean or use all turkey1 can stewed tomatoes 14 oz size2 can tomato sauce 14 oz size1 can kidney beans 14 oz size1 can pinto beans 14 0z size1/4 cup celery chopped1 cup onion chopped4 tablespoons chili powder2 1/2 tsp ground coriander2 1/2 tsp cumin powder1 1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)chicken broth to thin.
Directions
Makes at least 12 cup or more of chili
Brown the ground turkey, beef along with celery and onions, stir in spices and let brown with meat then add all the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on stove for at least 1 hour or more to thick and marry flavors. I like to add a can of black beans to this as well as I like more beans. This is a wonderful chili.
