BREO sweet potato casserole

Ingredients
3 C diced sweet potato2 T brown sugar1/8 C dry old fashion oatmeal
Directions
Cook diced sweet potato so that it can be mashed. Mash well adding a little bit of water if necessary.

Place in casserole dish. Top with brown sugar and oatmeal.

Bake until top is crystalized.
