Roasted Balsamic Carrots

Ingredients
4 large Carrots1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 teaspoons Salt1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Peel and chop carrots into rounds.

Toss well with olive oil and salt.

Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes.

Toss with balsamic vinegar and serve.
