Quick and Easy Chicken Parm

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup breadcrumbs1 oz shredded asiago cheese1/2 can (6oz) tomato paste1 can (6 oz) water2 cups cooked spaghetti noodles1.5 oz shredded mozzerella cheese
Combine shredded asiago (or parm) cheese and breadcrumbs. Rinse off chicken breasts with cold water, then coat chicken breasts with breadcrumbs and cheese mixture. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in a 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
While chicken is cooking combine in a small pot tomato paste, water, and any seasoning you would like, I use garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, and black pepper. Warm sauce.
Cook spaghetti noodles.
When chicken is complete place noodles on a plate, put 1/2 cup of sauce on top of noodles. Place 1 chicken breast on top of sauce then another 1/2 cup sauce. Sprinkle with some mozzarella cheese and serve.
