CHICKEN FAJITA

Ingredients
3 oz pre-grilled chicken breast stripslarge flour tortilla1tbsp green chilis1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (part skim milk)1/4 cup chopped diced tomatoes1/4 cup (or more) shredded lettuce1 tbsp sour creamchives (optional)
Directions
Heat large skillet on med/hi. Once skillet is heated, put tortilla in. Flip after it has heated on one side (2 minutes) and sprinkle with cheese. Layer on (on one side) chilis, chicken breast strips, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with chives if you like. Roll the fajita and remove from heat. Serve with salsa or eat it plain.

Delicious, filling, and quick meal with lots of protein! Serves 1!
