Banana Chocolate Flax Muffins

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.3 cup **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 3/4 cupGranulated Sugar, 2/3 cupBaking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1/4 cupBanana, fresh, 1.3 cup, mashed Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp Semisweet chocolate, 1/2 cup chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
mix all ingredients in a big bowl with adding the chocolate chips on the last step. The batter will be fairly thick and heavy.
Using an ice cream scoop, ladle into muffin pan. You can either use muffin liners or spray your pan. You will fill these almost to the top. These muffins do not rise too much.
Bake for ~15 minutes.
