Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean ground beef1 tsp ground cumin1 cup cooked brown rice1 can black beans, rinsed1 can diced tomatoes
Directions
Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add cumin and mix. Add cooked rice and mix. Add black beans and tomatoes and mix well. Serve with taco shells, Romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese and sour cream as desired.
