Richard roasted Pumpkin seeds

Ingredients
2 cups pumpkin seeds1 tsp garlic salt1/4 tsp Johnny's seasoning salt
Directions
soak seeds in salt water over night.
rinse carefully to get all salt off. Seeds should be white and clean.
spread thin layer over a bar pan and season with garlic and Johnny's to taste.
Very important to avoid burning. Cook at 250 for 60 min taking pan out every 20 min to stir the seeds so they roast evenly. You will love them. I cant keep the family out of them.

    When we carve our pumpkins every year, I roast the seeds in the oven with just salt. Maybe I will try some other spices this year! - 10/29/09
