Banana Nut Oat Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup Oats 12 Almonds1/4 tsp Baking Powder3/4 cup Splenda 1 cup Banana, fresh, mashed 12 Egg whites1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F.

Put 1 cup of the oats and Almonds in food processor, grind into oat flour mixture.

Pour oat flour mixture, 1/2 cup whole oats, baking powder, and splenda into mixer bowl and mix.

Add Banana , egg whites, and vanilla extract, blend into batter.

Fills 6 "Large" Muffins.

Bake 20-25 minutes,
( Insert tooth pick into center done when tooth pick comes out clean )

* These Muffins MUST be kept frozen, reheat when you want to eat*
