Edamame Salad with Feta

Ingredients
Shelled Edamame, 1 package frozenGrape Tomatoes, one pintFeta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled Small Black Olives, one can2 T Red Onions, sliced thinGreek Salad Dressing, 4 TbspDried Oregano 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Boil edamame for about five minutes, drain and rinse with cold water until room temperature. Mix with tomatoes, olives, and onions. Add oregano, dressing and olive oil and feta last. Mix together. Best when refrigerated for a few hours and then served.

Makes 8 half-cup servings.
