Spicy Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Kellogg's All Bran Cereal1 cup Skim Milk1 egg1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup canola oil1 cup flour (1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup whole wheat)2 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine milk and ceral in large bowl, set aside. Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl. When the ceral has absorbed the milk add egg, sugar and oil. Mix well. Then gently add in dry ingredients. Only mix until combined. Put into greased (I use Pam) muffin tin and bake at 400F for about 20 minutes. Use a toothpick to test when done.
Enjoy!
Makes 6-8 good size muffins. Double this and you will get a dozen good size muffins.
