Lentil, Rice, and Oat Burgers

Ingredients
.5 c dry lentils1 packet of Success Brown Rice1 c. carrots, chopped.67 c. onion, chopped2 eggs.75 c rolled oats.25 t garlic salt1.5T Canola Oil.25 c breadcrumbs4 cloves garlic
Directions
Heat a small saucepan with lentils and three cups of water. Once lentils are nearly done (10 minutes), add in chopped onions, carrots, garlic, garlic salt, and another cup of water. Let simmer. Cook Success rice. Drain all, and let cool. Mix with eggs, crumbs, and oats. Heat a grill pan with half the oil, form patties, and grill. Repeat for a total of eight patties.
