Directions
Half roll of Jimmy Dean maple sausage (approx 6oz)1 Lb extra lean beef1 eggapprox 10 wheat thin type crackers2 servings (2\3 bottle) of Sacla sun-dried tomato & garlic pesto
Pre-heat oven to 375
Mix ingeredients well in a bowl
Roll into 15 even sized balls & place on baking sheet (sprayed with pam)
Bake 10 minutes then flip meatballs over, bake 10 more (or until meat thermometer reads 170C)
Serve over whole wheat (or your favorite) pasta** adds extra calories
