Ingredients
1 large egg1/4 cup 1% milk1/4 cup oatmeal1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper8 oz. ground turkey breast8 oz. 96/4 extra lean ground beefGlaze:1/4 cup no added salt tomato sauce2 packed tsp. brown sugar1/2 tsp. yellow mustard1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions
Combine ingredients for loaf in a bowl and pat into a loaf pan. Cook for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees or until no pink remains. Baste with glaze in last minutes of cooking. Makes 5 servings.
