Turkey Cacciatore Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey6 baby bella mushrooms, stems removed, diced fine3 cloves garlic, minced.5 medium red onion, minced.5 red bell pepper, diced finehandful of parsley, chopped1 egg.5 cup reduced fat kraft parmesan cheese3 TB tomato pasteSalt and Pepper1 tsp crushed red pepper1 TB worcestershire sauce6 hamburger bunsTomato, onion, mozzarella slices and lettuce to garnish the burgers
Directions
Combine all the ingredients (except buns and garnishes).
Divide into six portions and form into patties.
Heat a nonstick skillet and cook each patty 5-6 mins per side.
Top each burger with a slice of cheese and serve with your favorite toppings on a whole wheat bun.
