Spicy Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 lb lean stew meat1 packet beef stew mix (used McCormiks)3 cups water2 carrots cut into circles3 celery stalks chopped1 onion chopped1 can of corn4 small potatoes choppedjalapenos to taste (you can leave these out if you don't like spicy food)quarter cup of floursalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Coat the beef in flour, salt, and pepper and sear the meet in a pan. Then, put all the ingredients into the slow cooker and put on low for at least 8 hours. Makes a gigantic crockpot full of yummy stew - should be plenty for dinner and lunch the next day!
